We have updated the LOG4Jversion in sonarqube VM and the application is not working post upgrade of Log 4j.

Log4j Version:2.9.1 ,2.8.2
Upgraded Version:2.12.4

Could you please suggest us to resolve this issue on priority.

Doesn’t make sense. As the cyber team is stating that critical issues/vulnerabilities reported must be remediated then how come your saying Dont do it.

What kind of answer your providing.

Overall, I felt like Sonar qube support is worst.

Hi,

If you want a different version of Log4J, then upgrade to the current version of SonarQube.
