Can anyone point me to documentation that will help me figure out if the default settings for PR scans configured from within SonarCloud, and not in, for example Azure DevOps Pipelines, scan only diffs or do full scans?

If you’re asking what I think you’re asking – Aanalysis of a pull request in a CI as compared to with Automatic Analysis behaves the same way – issues are raised on the “new code” (changes in the pull request)
