GitHub integration doesn't work after GitHub revision

Hi,

SonarQube and GitHub integration doesn’t work after upgrading GitHub Enterprise (in my guess).
SonarQube logs says that:

Could you figure out this problem?

Hi Alvin,

A 404 HTTP code indicates a bad URL. Can you double-check your configuration?
