REQUEST: GET /api/measures/component?additionalFields=periods,metrics&metricKeys=alert_status,quality_gate_details&component=MKTP-Onboarding%3Afeature%2Fsf5-upgrade
get response: Sonar data unavailable
Why ? What is wrong ?

Welcome to the community!
If I apply your path to our a project on our internal server I get data back.
It’s very difficult to guess from what I see what the problem might be. Have you checked your server logs? Have you made sure your project id is correct? Is there perhaps something on your network (e.g. a proxy) that might be interfering?
