You’re absolutely right—I was able to reproduce the issue by following the steps you described.
I’ve created a ticket on our side, and we plan to address it in the upcoming release on August 19th.
In the meantime, if this is a blocking issue, you can disable the pre-commit analysis and manually trigger the analysis on the specific files you need.
You’ll find this setting by clicking the gear icon next to the Commit and Push button, and uncheck Perform SonarQube for IDE analysis.
