Only the latest version of SonarQube Community Build is considered active, so you’ll need to upgrade and see if the situation is still replicable before we can help you.
Your upgrade path is:
25.4 → 25.5

I’ll test the upgrade, but just figured that situation is the same even for the documentation website favicon. Can be seen If you go there https://docs.sonarsource.com/sonarqube/favicon.ico

This is now fixed on our docs site, and the new favicon should make its way into our products eventually.
