It’s a false-positive. Sample code is attached. Language is also tagged. Please just fix it. I lost time and nerves because of many of these bogus errors. Not trying to be rude but it’s not my job to provide a whole sample project for you, sorry. I am not getting paid for this. You are getting paid for the license. You have sample code here and a screenshot also.

Since you’ve kindly updated your post with what version you use, I can tell you that FPs for this rule were fixed in the latest versions of SonarQube Server.
v10.7 is an EOL version. You should upgrade to, at a minimum, v2025.1.2, although you’ll find fixes to this rule in v2025.3.1.
