When adding a new project to SorarCloud it fails to read the master branch. PR are analysed with no issues. But when it comes to checking the master branch of our GitHub repo, it fails. Please assist us.

Hey there.
The issue comes from it being a very first analysis with a lot of SCM (git) data to load. This bottleneck in analysis is something we’re looking to improve (soon), but in the meantime, you might try switching to CI-based analysis (it may take a while for the first run).
If you have trouble running a CI-based analysis we’ll be happy to help you troubleshoot.
