I am setting up a new developer version of sonarqube with 8.0 version. I am unable to start the instance and getting the following error of “unable to connect to databse”

Well, things looks pretty clear, don’t you think?

You have to set up a real database (or comment all sonar.jdbc.url in the conf, then SQ will use its embedded one H2).

You mentioned MySQL, this is not supported. . Also the sonar.jdbc.url used from your conf is related to a Microsoft SQLServer, any clue?
I think you should check the Startup guide and/or the Install one
