Error 'MSBuild.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file

• SonarQube : 8.5
• SonarScanner : 4.10
• Run MSbuild.exe /t:Rebuild
• Added path of MSBuild VS community to system environment and SonarScanner
  
  
• Updated vs2019 community to the latest version
• .NET framework installed
  
• Built the project successfully
• Build tools installed
  
• At root folder
  
  
• Restart the machine and IDE

I’ve also tried doing the existing solutions in the forum, however, none of them worked. Anything I missed that I cannot run the MSBuild?

I have fixed the issue. I am not sure what happened but I deleted the MSBuild env path restart the machine and redo the steps from adding the MSBuild env path location
