Entra SSO configuration not working

We’re using MS Entra SAML SSO with SQC and we have some groups that are working fine, and some that aren’t. The ones we’re having problems with have spaces in their names, but they are identical between Entra and SQC.

Are there any known issues with SQC SAML SSO and Entra with groups that have spaces in their names ? The other POSSIBLE issue is that the groups with spaces in their names are Security Enabled distribution lists.

Example: Group “Sonar_Developers” which is a regular group works just fine, but “All Team Members (no vendors)” which is a security enabled distribution list, doesn’t work.

Unfortunately, I’m not familiar with MS Entra. Can you elaborate on what “security enabled” is? Is that a group setting in Entra?

Are there any security enabled groups without spaces you could assign to someone so we could check whether it’s the spaces or the security?

Also, would you mind sharing your Org Id?
