ECJ Unable to resolve type org.apache

Hi
Am trying to scan/analyse code using Sonar Scanner plugins of Jenkins configured with Sonar Cloud.
Upon scanning it gives me mutilple time error i.e.

ERROR: ECJ Unable to resolve type org.apache.commons.lang3.RandomStringUtils 18:34:34 org.eclipse.jdt.internal.compiler.problem.AbortCompilation: Pb(347) The type java.lang.String cannot be resolved. It is indirectly referenced from required type org.apache.commons.lang3.RandomStringUtils

with Sonar Scanner Am using Oracle JDK 17.

Any hint what went wrong?
