I am set Duplication Exclusions in sonar:
I see in teamcity logs that sonarscanner see this settings:
But in sonarqube i am still see that this files are raported as duplicated:
Hot to set this parameter to ignore this files ?

The first thing I noticed is that you put a comma-separated value in the Web UI instead of separate items on each line. Can you separate the input into new lines, and run your analysis again?

Yes, this solution solves my problem 
On the internet I always found examples with one exclusive, so I dont event surmise that I should put one per line
