My sonar analysis is running for more than 2 hours each time. I would like to scan the analysis only for newly added lines of code. Is that possible anyway?

In general, no. We have started to support incremental analysis for the C-family of languages. Otherwise our recommendation is that you narrow the focus of analysis to cut down on how many of the files are analyzed.
