Greetings, SonarQube-Cloud team. I’m trying to add new Azure DevOps users to SonarCloud for my organization, but it hasn’t worked. For example, the email aacaceres@fgs.co.
Could you tell me what might be happening? The request is submitted by the user, but it never arrives.
If you need information about the organization, I’d be happy to provide more information.
Thank you very much for your support.
Since its an Azure DevOps user, can you tell me if the user has already logged in to SonarQube Cloud and verified their email already?
Thanks for responding.
That’s what’s blocking it. When the user tries to log in, it says it’s going to send a request for verification, and that’s it.
After a few minutes, it displays the following message: “AADSTS900561: The endpoint only accepts POST request. Received a GET request”
This looks like an issue on Microsoft AD side. If you search for this error there are some hints that it might be because of multiple sessions of AD in the browser. Maybe you can try to clear all cookies and data, allow third party cookies, or maybe try to login in incognito window as well.
To be clear, can you send me a screenshot of what the user is seeing? And when SQC says its going to send a request for verification, does the user receive the OTP on their email?
Cheers,
Sarath
Kind regards, Sarath, and thank you for your reply.
I did this with another user because the same thing happens to me with all of them.
and after this I don’t receive any notifications and the message that was sent to you in the previous reply appears.
Cheers,
Roberto
Hello @rkrautz_10,
I think this is a issue on Azure DevOps side. An admin would need to grant access for the SonarQube Cloud in Azure DevOps portal.
