Hi Team,

There is a high raise in bugs, code smells for our web projects (JavaScript), are there any updates for the quality gates and profiles could you please verify on this and help on the existing issue ?

Hey there.

A new version of Javascript analysis was released last week, mostly including new rules that should be backdated (so they don’t slip into your New Code Period).

  • Are the new issues raised matching the rules mentioned in these release notes?
  • Are the issues backdated (issue creation date is when the line was last committed, not the last few days)?

Yes @Colin you are correct absolutely. we are seeing issues from the old commits.
