Designer files which belong to a dbml file are analyzed too

Template for a good bug report, formatted with Markdown:

  • versions used
    SonarQube 7.9.1 with SonarC# 7.16

  • error observed:
    SonarQube or SonarC# analyzes *.designer.cs files that belong to a *.dbl file but is useless because AFAIK the designer file is regenerated every time changes to the dbml file are made.

  • steps to reproduce
    Scan a c# project containing at lease one dbml file.

  • potential workaround

could you share such a file with us, please? We have a heuristic for detecting generated files and sharing a file with us will help us improve this heuristic.
