[DEPRECATE] sonar-l10n-pt-plugin

Hi,

I want to announce that the sonar-l10n-pt-plugin has been deprecated. The latest release was based on SonarQube 6.4 in 2017 and it doesn’t provide a good user experience on newer versions.

The repository is up for adoption. If someone wants to take care of it, please contact me and I’ll transfer the ownership.

As result, I also sent a PR to remove it from the Update Center: PR #212
