CORS error on sonar cloud interface when updating gitlab token

Hello,
Using the web interface SonarQube Cloud
In current binding I want to update my gitlab token because it is expired. It does nothing and looking at the network in dev chrome tool, I see a CORS error when I click on update.

Is there any other way to update it ?
