I’ve got a couple of questions regarding the compatibility of SonarCloud.
Is the service compatible with Azure DataBricks notebooks? I’ve seen in a topic from 2019 that magic commands aren’t supported, is this still the case?
Is it possible to check the code while using multiple languages in 1 notebook? For example combination of PySpark, Pandas and Spark SQL.
Does it support code used for DLT (delta live tables)?
While we fully support Python, and we support Jupyter notebooks in SonarLint for VS Code. But we haven’t added DataBricks notebooks support. Nor is there support for Pandas and Spark SQL.
Hi Richard and welcome to the community. We are investigating the support for magic commands in Jupyter Notebooks. I’d like to hear more about what you’re looking for in Databricks, Pandas, and Spark SQL, so do reach out when you can.
