Can't start SonarQube 7.9.1 with MySQL: Connection Refused

Hi Ram,

I overlooked in my first response that you’re running on MySQL. From 7.9 we no longer support MySQL, and if you check your server logs (I don’t find any actual logs in your download) you’d find a clear message to that effect.
