Logging in as owner I see no “Configuration” option that leads to a UI for adding custom measures?

In fact, custom measures are not supported on SonarCloud (this might come in the future - but it’s not on the roadmap for now).

Unfortunately, you are hitting 2 bugs here: this project admin page should not exist on SonarCloud, and it should therefore not be documented either. We are going to fix this.

I guess this was not the answer you expected, but anyway thanks for your feedback!
