Wanted to check whether we can upgrade Sonarqube from 8.6.0.39681 to 9.9 LTS Directly or do we need to do migration from 8.6 to 8.9 and followed by 9.9?

… However, if there are one or multiple LTS versions in your migration path, you must first migrate to each intermediate LTS and then to your target version …

so in your case its 8.6 > 8.9 (former LTS) > 9.9 LTS > optional 10.2 (latest)
