Our ASP.Net Web Forms Application is written in C#, with incorporation of HTML, Javascript and CSS.
I have executed the analysis from the Solution where the Web Application’s Project is included but the tool was not able to analyse it. It’s not appearing in the “Code” tab, while other projects (.Net Libraries) are appearing except the ASP.Net Web Forms.
Let me know how to configure SonarQube to include it in the analysis. Appreciate your help!

Actually I was looking for a solution to the same problem you described, did you find any solution ?
I’m analysing a solution with a library project and an Asp.Net web form site inside (.Net 2.0) both of them with vb.net as language of the code behind.
The analyser of sonar take only the library project into consideration !
