I’m the owner/admin of the org (Team plan). and I have a Project appears in my project list, but opening it shows “The requested project does not exist, or you have not been granted access”.
This issue didn’t exist before and All members in the org have ‘Browse’ and ‘See Source Code’ permissions on all repos they can access via GitHub.
Yes, this is happening with existing projects that had no issues before — they’ve been functioning fine until now. They are all private projects, created well in advance, and listed under the organization’s project space (not under “My Projects”).
The permission templates that we have (default and the another ) gives all access ‘Browse’ and ‘See code source’ to all membres.
I don’t quite understand your request, but I’ve already sent you a private message with a video screenshot showing the permissions and the current configuration.
Thank you for the video screenshot. It seems like you have a dedicated permission template for the project you can’t access but the permission should allow you to see project.
Maybe some changes were done on the permission template after being applied on the project, thus some confusion.
Could you apply the permission template on the project again?
Administration > Project Management > 3 vertical dots next to the project you want to gain access > apply permission template
Also, is there a Restore Access option after clicking on the 3 dots?
Thank you for the information, the problem seems to be resolved, but without us changing anything on our side.
Because on my end, in Administration > Project Management, I don’t see the 3 vertical dots next to the project to change the default permission template is that normal?
