Background tasks are stuck after DB upgrade

Hello,

SonarQube Community Edition v7.9.5 LTS

Problem: Earlier we were using v9.5 of Postgres database. After we upgraded it to v10, the background tasks are stuck and are taking more than 2 days to complete.

Do you have any hints to solve this problem?
