Azure DevOps Organizations has already been bound

I am trying to import my organization and get the error: “This Azure DevOps organization has already been bound to a SonarQube Cloud organization”

My predecessor started a free trial and bound the organization then left the company.

I sent an email to contact@sonarsource.com who then told me to ask here.
