I was able to find the root cause. The problem appears when analyzing files on multiple modules; each module triggers a different analysis that replaces the previous one.
I will provide a fix and check internally for a potential next release date.

It working fine now. But one thing when I updated the plugin it crashed the Intellij. Not sure why. So I have to reinstall the plugin.
Thank you for letting us know. When updating the SonarLint plugin, restarting the IDE is required. If this problem of updating the plugin happens again, do not hesitate to share the IDE logs with us. I suspect this might be a problem with the IDE.
