Analysis Parameter hierarchy for SonarCloud

Is there any documentation written specifically for SonarCloud that describes the analysis parameter hierarchy like here: https://docs.sonarqube.org/latest/analysis/analysis-parameters/

This would be great if SonarLint respected this hierarchy as well.
