I found the reason of the issue:

06:15:33.422 sonar-project.properties files are not understood by the SonarScanner for MSBuild. Remove those files from the following folders: /tmp/xxxx/src/VarioSystems.Base.Application

So, you should remove any sonar-project.properties files in your repository.
