Adding a warning for test coverage and a required threshold

Hi all, I was looking to do the following in my project and was wondering if there was a way to either do this or do something similar:

Add a gate to pull requests that has both a warning and a cannot merge threshold. So maybe something like:

• < 60% code coverage = warning
• < 30% code coverage = cannot merge

This isn’t available.

The first iterations of Quality Gates had warning levels, but we dropped them when we found no one used them.
