Hello JavaScript & TypeScript Developers!
We have some fantastic news to share. For the past few months, we’ve been rolling out our new-generation SAST analyzer for JavaScript and TypeScript (which we’ve nicknamed “Jasmin”).
This was a massive undertaking, completely rebuilding the engine from the ground up. As with any foundational shift, we hit some “unavoidable” bumps along the way. We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who provided feedback: your insights were invaluable in helping us fine-tune the engine to the powerful state it’s in today.
And now, we’re there. We’re thrilled to announce that the new analyzer has consistently proven to be faster, more accurate, and a significant improvement over the classic engine.
It’s Time to Go Full Speed Ahead
Beginning the week of November 17th, we will be officially retiring the old JS/TS engine and completing the migration for all remaining projects.
What does this mean for you?

For the vast majority of you: You’re already on the new engine and experiencing its benefits! Nothing will change for you.

For the few still on the classic engine: Get ready for a serious upgrade! You’ll be automatically moved to the new engine, and you can immediately expect:
