Will it be possible to see the TypeScript issues in IntelliJ after the SonarTS to SonarJS + TypScript switch?

Not quite yet, but you can follow SLI-263 - Add the support for TypeScript analysis in SonarLint for IntelliJ

FYI, SLI-263 has been fixed in version 4.6 with full support for TypeScript
