Sonarqube Scanner hanging at calling the scanner

I’ve tried JRE 17.0.6 and JDR 17.0.2 both resulting in the same. I’ve also tried it on a different VM with the same OS and with JRE 17.0.6 and it works perfectly every time. Would there be anything underlying that could hold the process up?

Sorry but I ran out of ideas. Maybe it;s something wrong with the OS, preventing Java to properly use some of the native libraries.
