Basically, you would need to use the webAPI in your SQ footer to extract the data that are displayed in SonarQube.

In the topic you speak about, the licence of SonarQube is Enterprise Edition to extract data to PDF file.
I have Developper Edition , is it possible ? Or have I to use Web API ?

To benefit from PDF report, you would need to upgrade to Enterprise Edition.
Reporting is part of Governance features, available only in Enterprise and Data Center editions.
In case you prefer to stay on Developer, you’ll need to use the webAPI to extract the SonarQube data in the format you need.

you can have a look on Next and scroll among the portfolios. When you click on one, you have a Download as PDF on the right:
