Sonarqube v8.9 after upgrade from 8.3

Error:
[2021.06.18 15:40:54 ERROR web[AXofutUCzX42AmhuAADA][c.o.s.a.SamlResponse] sonarqube is not a valid audience for this Response
2021.06.18 15:40:54 ERROR web[AXofutUCzX42AmhuAADA][c.o.saml2.Auth] processResponse error. invalid_response

Steps to reproduce:
Login through Idp Okta with SAML to Sonarqube → Error:

You’re not authorized to access this page. Please contact the administrator.
Reason: sonarqube is not a valid audience for this Response

Workaround:
Reset SAML settings in SQ security tab and tried again, no luck.
