IAM database authentication with Aurora PostgreSQL for Sonarqube

Hey there. SonarQube uses the Postgres JDBC Driver which, as far as I can tell, doesn’t support this. While it appears that some extensions of the JDBC driver add this functionality, they aren’t supported by SonarQube and haven’t been tested.
