Java 17 started to be officially supported with SonarQube 9.3.

Hi Java developers, I am very happy to announce the support of the Java 17 specific features, i.e the sealed classes and the pattern matching for switch (preview). New rule: S6217: Permitted types of a sealed class should be omitted if they are declared in the same file We also updated 14 other rules to improve their precision. This is available now on SonarCloud and will come with SonarQube 9.3 Richard

The only two supported versions of SonarQube are currently v9.9 LTA and v10.7.
