As you might know we have been working on making this faster.
The log you are seeing seems normal at this moment.
All files are still being read, however we are only running the analysis on the changed files.
You should see faster results as compared to a complete analysis.
We are currently testing internally the support of further improvements in SonarCloud, so we will no longer need to read all the files. Stay tuned!
