I am using sonarscanner sonar-scanner-msbuild-4.10.0.19059-net46

This is a very old scanner. Please use the latest - 5.2.2 SonarScanner for .NET

If, after updating the scanner, you still have problems:

• we’ll need the full debug logs of the END step to help on this. Please read how to get the debug logs here: The Sonar guide for investigating the performance of .NET analysis
• Also, please give us the full logs of the build.
