PR decoration reading more lines than in the PR

Regarding this parameter being set on my command:

@cromerohdz

-Dsonar.scm.disabled=true

If I leave it on always, I get the following error on CodePipeline:

ERROR: Error during SonarScanner execution
981 ERROR: Not inside a Git work tree: /codebuild/output/src287723511/src
