First, it should be possible to analyze all your code together. But let’s set that aside.
Regarding your missing Quality Gate information, can you please share your pipeline and your full analysis log?
The analysis / scanner log is what’s output from the analysis command. Hopefully, the log you provide - redacted as necessary - will include that command as well.
