Welcome to the community and thanks for raising this issue.
What version of VSCode are you using ? At which step is it “blocked” ? Are you able to access the SonarLint output ? You can find how to activate more verbose logs here (see section SonarLint for VS Code).
If you don’t see the SonarLint output, it means the extension is not fully installed yet. In this case the problem might be related to your network or VSCode instance or setup.
If you can see the output, could you send us the full logs please ?
