For what it’s worth there is a community effort to provide a level of integration of sonarqube and gitea. Might be worth a look

About a year ago I started developing a bot that decorates Gitea Pull Requests with SonarQube analyses leverage the webhook functionality of both applications. It maybe helps someone on their way to use both Gitea and SonarQube in pair.
