It sounds like when you switched to CI-based analysis, more code was picked up. Can you share your analysis parameters and your analysis log starting from the analysis command?
The analysis / scanner log is what’s output from the analysis command. Hopefully, the log you provide - redacted as necessary - will include that command as well.
