Can't start SonarQube 7.9.1 with MySQL: Connection Refused

Is that the full content of the file? I’m surprised not to see something like this at the top:

2019.07.09 04:01:24 INFO web[][o.s.p.ProcessEntryPoint] Starting web

Problem got resolved issue with pgsql scheema it was bydefault in sonar.properties #sonar.jdbc.url=jdbc:postgresql://192.168.1.9/sonarqube?currentSchema=my_schema

I changed to my db name #sonar.jdbc.url=jdbc:postgresql://192.168.1.9/sonar
