Bitbucket Server PR Decoration not consistent

Hey there.

Is it possible that the IP Address of your Bitbucket server (masked behind a hostname) is changing regularly?

You might be finding yourself in this situation:

Sonarqube Developer - intermittant issues connecting to Github Enterprise

Spent a decent amount of time troubleshooting this today and it appears to be caused by the IP address of our GitHub Enterprise load balancer changing. Managed to validate that was occurring by utilizing sysdig to capture network/system calls and saw the old GHE IP address was present. Fully fixed the issue by adding networkaddress.cache.ttl=60 to $JAVA_HOME/conf/security/java.security to force the Sonarqube ce process to only cache DNS results for 60 seconds.
