Would it be useful to be able to set MQR/Standard mode at the project level?

Hello,

With SonarQube 2025.1, we introduced two modes, the standard experience and MQR mode.

We chose to let users set the mode at the instance level so that all your projects, portfolios and quality profiles worked in terms of the same concepts.

We are looking at whether it would be helpful to set the mode at project level.
