Why are bugs and Code Smells not shown in the security report?

By definition, Bugs and Code smells aren’t part of the Security rules, but of Quality rules.
Then, in the Security report, you have what is linked to Security: Vulnerabilities and Security Hotspots, as explained in our docs.
