What does the error "Measure with line.... must be > 0" mean?

We run Sonar Qube scans in Jenkins, and they have been running smoothly for months. But about a month ago we started to get the error “Measure with line… must be > 0”. Unfortunately we were too busy to deal with it straight away and we’re now trying to work out what went wrong. Something has obviously changed but we don’t know what it can be (it’s not the code) - where should we start to look for the error?

  • Our Sonar Qube server is version 6.0, and we are using version 2.8.1 of the plugin SonarQube Scanner for Jenkins.

Hi,

The current version of SonarQube is 7.7, and the current LTS is 6.7.7. You’re going to have a hard time finding help for versions earlier than that. You should upgrade at your earliest convenience, and come back to us if the problem persists.
